Hi I set a security password on my tablet and when I turned it back on the code I entered didn't work. There is nothing in the booklet to do a master reset and when I've tried to reboot it either using the reset button, or volume up key pressed in with the power on key it reboots but still asks for the password. There is not any website for the tablet. Can anybody help please??
Hi guys,
I am having a weird issue on my Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 where, if you hold in one spot for too long, the tablet stops detecting your finger on the screen. This is most apparent in games where, for example, you have to hold one direction on a d-pad for a while. After holding the button for 5-10 seconds, input is no longer detected, and the character stops moving.
I recently bought a used Samsung Galaxy S2X and it was already rooted running DarkSide's ROM. I didn't see this when i bought it but I can't seem to turn the phone off or boot into recovery mode.
Is anyone please able to assist me in stabilizing Apps for my Tablet?
I was given the tablet as a gift last Christmas, I loved it when I first received it. I now haven't used it for months as the Facebook App is screwed up as are other Apps.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet has been anything but shy, leaking all over the place and posing for a few hands-on pics.
But today’s scoop from French blog Frandroid marks the first time we get a real idea of its size, as the latest leaked photos show the Galaxy Note 8.0 next to the Galaxy Note 2.
Context is a beautiful thing.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 is Samsung’s next big tablet venture, accor
This may be a combination of more than one issue I'm having.
My tablet is a Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 (Wifi only), and my router is a Cisco DPC2325 to which I do not have admin access .
My friend rooted his Galaxy Tab, and attempted to install a custom rom on it. For some reason, he flashed a jelly bean gapps zip, and now all of the google apps force close (still on the stock rom). This happens even after a full wipe and factory reset, since I would assume the wrong gapps has still been flashed.
Not sure exactly how to explain this, but I rooted my phone a few weeks ago and I've been experiencing weird reboots every once in a while since then. One of two things will happen
1) The phone will randomly turn off and I will have to hold the power button to turn it back on.
This is how to perform a hard reset on this phone.
Take the battery out. Put it back in. Press and hold the following keys at the same time for about 1 to 2 seconds until the touch key backlights turn on: Power/Lock Key and Down Volume Key.
As soon as the backlight on the touch keys is turned on, release the keys.
