Any JB custom ROMs that I can flash over my ICS rom? I have the JB OTA but don't want to have to go back to a stock ICS ROM, reroot and then rebuild my system.

I'm rooted and I really want to update my phone from 4.1.2. But, here's the issue: I want my phone to look COMPLETELY LIKE I had just bought it with Jelly Bean 4.3. I don't want any fancy custom ROMs, etc.
So, my choices are to unroot and go back to stock and get the OTA update(s) or to flash a custom ROM. BUT...I have NO IDEA which ROM will give me that complete stock look and feel.
When i flash custom roms(I have tried slimkat & cm11), my capacitive keys (menu and back) working very strange.
If I don't touch anything for some time (less than 30 seconds) they stop working until I touch screen or hold them for 5-10 seconds.
I am anxious to try to improve the performance of my TF700 by installing a custom ROM. It just occurred to me that I should ask if using my keyboard dock will have any problems with custom ROMs. Can someone recommend Jelly Bean (4.1.x or 4.2) ROMs that won't prevent use of the dock? Also, if I start using custom ROMs, how hard is it to revert back to the stock Asus ROM?
I've looked around a bit and can't quite find someone that has had my specific situation.
I have a AT&T S3 SGH-I747 that is rooted running stock 4.1.1 with CWM 22.214.171.124. I have updated the modem and bootloader (Baseband - I747UCUEMJB and Build # JRO03L.I747UCDLK3).
I have tried to flash custom and stock ROMS with CWM but get stuck on the glowing Samsung logo.
My boot loader is unlocked and i want to go back to stock ICS and then take the OTAs to get to the latest. I have flashed all kinds of roms over the last few months so I want to be sure I get back to 100% stock (minus the unlocked bootloader.) In the past I have just used matt's utility or falshing via custom recovery to restore stock ICS which has worked ok.
