I've gotten a lot of help today here and I'm thankful, but I'm still stuck.
Before getting into this, let me first state I'm no novas to roming but for some reason this Samsung Captivate is fighting me left and right.

I'm trying to unlock my Captivate so I can sell it, I don't have a non at&t sim to test out the methods I've seen so far.
What I could used is a rooted rom that's already unlocked.

I'm finding right now my Swype is not as accurate as it was with my Captivate. There was a setting to adjust speed vs accuracy on the Captivate, but not finding that here.
I am constantly getting in for on and U for I even though I deleted U from the dictionary. Any suggestions?

I have samsung galaxy s3, and i prefer the samsung stock apps,
contacts, dailer, gallery and etc...
So my question is there is stock apps for our captivate?
or i can't export the apps from the s3 and install on captivate? it will work?

I rooted and unlocked my captivate glide and it was working fine then sound started acting funny and I lost service when I go to check mobile networks it says insert Sim card for network acesss thinking it was the Sim inserted it into original phone and works fine did I do something wrong in the unlock process or is there maybe something else I'm over looking something......the phone will usually
my samsung captivate glide will constantly turn off an back on literally every five second. ive reset the phone, deleted every single app on the phone, ive cleared all the memory an it still cuts off and then back on every five seconds. im not on a plan anymore so what do i do?:mad:
