I do not know where my phone is. I do not have screen lock nor any apps on the phone to track or wipe, etc. Brand new phone for the most part. I dont have a data signal at this time. I want to unsync anything and everything I can to that phone. How can I unsync the device to gmail, gmail contacts, etc.
A month or so ago gmail, Yahoo, (and hotmail) requested that I needed to give them my CELL phone number so I would be protected in case of my pass word/s being lost! I refused!

I have an HTC Desire phone running Android 2.2 on Virgin Mobile UK.
All of the contacts I use on my phone are in the 'My Contacts' group of my Gmail account.
If I log into my Gmail account on a PC and edit a contact, for example changing a phone number, it syncs immediately with the phone.
Here are my issues:
I can't send MMS/text messages to an e-mail address, i. e., from my phone to XXXXXXXXXX@gmail.com, for example. If I am logged in to Google (and I don't want to stay logged in), I am able to send from my phone to my wife's phone (Straight Talk). I can't find the proper APN to get it to work. I can answer/send to phone numbers with no problem.
I know that when you put contacts into your android phone, it automatically syncs them to your Gmail account and you can import or export them yadda, but I'm on my computer on my Gmail account and I cannot find any of my phone's contacts!
