[Q] sdcard/0 wont mount in cm10

http://forum.xda-developers.com – I am trying to mount sdcard/0, which is my internal sd card. I am using a CM10 rom and realized that /sdcard is now /storage/sdcard0 in jelly bean. I am the only one on the CM10 fourm who can't mount his/hers. When I go to settings-storage-usb storage, I click "mount sd card" and the phone freezes, then it says calculating and it disappears. My actual external-sd card is mounted perfectly and even the computer reads it, but not the internal. I have trying re-installing the rom, and now I cant access my backup either, CWM tells me something about bad MD5 sum? How do I mount the intern (HowTos)

I already asked for this issue in the this Thread, but didn't got any answer.

I tested these three JB ROMS: CM10, Helly Bean and Slim Bean. All of them work nice, except that my internal sdcard does not mount at boot time.

I have to do it manually every time boot up my phone by choosing System Settings --> Storage --> Mount SD card

Anyone had the thame issue? Does anyone ha

I have a SD card installed in my i9500. As you know, i9500 has 16GB built-in RAM, and I found that /sdcard (also /mnt/sdcard) is mounted to internal storage(seems /storage/sdcard0), external SD card is located in /storage/extSdCard ( /mnt/sdcard mounted to here). But some old apps don't support customizing download destination, and most downloaded files went to the internal storage.

hi guys, i was coming back from CM10 to stock 4.1.1 on my nexus and when in CWM, i deleted all the content on sdcard by accident. now there is no zip file on the sd card to install the rom, I tried mounting sdcard and copy but it doesnt mount.when i press mount /sdcard, nothing happens>(doesnt show the partition on computer and doesnt go ot :unmount /sdcard.)

Hi, I am working in Jellybean 4Aj1.1

The device which I am working doesn't have a external sdcard support so we have internal sdcard of 2GB which is a nand flash partition.

Following the guide everything went good until i came to the point of installing the rom from the sdcard.

When I try to choose zip from sdcard, CWM says "E:can't mount /sdcard/"

Someone told me to format the card with SD Formatter, I've done it but it didn't solve anything. :crying:

I'm completely stuck now, anyone can help me, please? :confused:

Hello. This is my first post. I searched through xda forums for a solution, but without success.

So basically, I flashed a jelly bean rom 4.1.2 on my O2X. When I tried to restore my apps from another app which reads from my sdcard, it said I had no saved files. When I checked my sdcard, I noticed that the mount points have been changed: emmc to sdcard0, and sdcard to sdcard1.

After i flashed latest version, i.e.

I have searched a lot and tried a lot but have not been able to crack this issue.

All of a sudden, my USB storage has disappeared.

So I'm not sure what exactly I did, but I screwed up my SD card royaly!

I was trying to format it to work with Links2SD, but was being wonky about it, and somehow ended up messing up the SD card. Phone simply says "Removed SD Card: SD Card Removed. Insert a new one."
