http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hi ppl, Just got an s3, and I'm having a problem with BT performance. I have 2 old headsets, a proplantronics, and a jabra bt350. When paired with my old TP2, ALL audio came through the headset; handset didn't ring, custom ringtones came through the headset, and navigation directions came through the headset. With the s3, handset rings (get a generic ringtone on headset), and navigation directions are on the handset. S-voice works on the headset. What I want this thing to do is output audio the same way the headphones do, but I don't like dealing with wires! That's the POINT of BT. Any sugg (HowTos)

I have tried pairing my bluetooth headset (Samsung HM1700) with my Galaxy Tab 2 (SCH-i705), and I cannot get the bluetooth microphone to work.

They pair together fine and I can hear audio on my headset, but I can't talk into my headset. My tablet only uses the built in mic. When I look under the bluetooth menu, the icon looks like a pair of speakers (without a mic).

Can anyone suggest some unique and good headsets for this device?

Tried samsung headset, it was a flop.

I want to listen to streaming audio from Ubuntu using headset (Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2 http://goo.gl/4Wt1A). Although Bluetooth connection is established, I haven't been able to hear anything via the headset.

Just recently bought a Bluetooth Headset for my Motorcycle Helmet, I'm on ICS right now, SCV7. The problem I'm finding is that no matter which voice commands app I use (Vlingo, utter, Skyvi, Voice Search) I can't seem to get it to use the headset's mic to listen to me!

But whenever I take a call the microphone works just fine.

I was able to pair my bluetooth headset with my pc, but when I try to change the audio input from my built in mic to my bluetooth headset, the Sound Settings crashes. Everything else works fine. I can change the output to my headset as well as adjust the volume. The problem is only when I click on my wireless headset under the input tab the program crashes immediately.

I am having some trouble with my bluetooth headset and ubuntu, I have synced my headset and it says that it is connected but i cant get any audio to come out of it for some reason and I dont know if i am missing drivers or what but I really need to get this headset working and if I could get it to work with linphone that would be Ideal but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hello, can anyone recommend me a bluetooth headset that can be used to stream music to and can also be used on the PS3 as a standard headset?

Looking around it seems some bluetooth headsets you can play music through and some you can't, but I have no idea what determines if you can or not.
