When I am in a call, unless I turn on the speakerphone, I can not hear a thing. The other people can hear me though. It works just fine on speakerphone. I have tried blowing on the speaker with no luck.

On both the ICS ROM and the JB ROM I had a problem with call volume fading during calls.
I can hear the other end perfectly on both speakerphone and normal, but........
about once every 6 minutes for 10 seconds the call recipient says my voice becomes indistinct to the poi
Heres a problem for you. Currently using a motorola droid 2 global. There is no call audio ! The other person can hear me but i cant even hear the phone ringing when i call people. Even on speakerphone or with headphones in its the same problem.
Hello, just joined, have a Samsung Galaxy SII Epic 4g Touch, and of late (since about 3.11.12 or so) every time I get an incoming call, it defaults to speakerphone. This is, for obvious reasons, a pain in the rear. Now it has also decided to add the mute button to the equation, so whilst I can hear the callers, they cannot hear me.
I have an Atrix 4G, Tegrapart d00. . .I am currently using Epinter's CM10 ROM, though this problem has been present in CM7 and CM9 ROMS by various developers as well.
When I make an outgoing call I am unable to hear the phone ringing in the earpiece, can't hear it when the called party picks up, and can't hear myself, either. . .though the called party can hear me just fine.

I have been having some problems with my HTC One X a bit lately while on phone calls. When I make a call (non-speaker phone) or im on the phone, and I want to check out a message or another app, I am having problems with this. It brings me back to the unlock screen, but when I try to touch the screen to unlock it, it goes back to black.
I just started having this issue where my sound will not play thru my phone .I have to put call on speaker to be able to hear other person. .they hear me fine. Is there any fix I tried installing different roms and still get the same problem. .please help I have tmobile galaxys s 3..thanks in advance

I am on 2.3.6 and I am using a Samsung SPH-930BST.
Today, I tried to retrieve my voice mail and I could not hear anything. I tried selecting "speaker" to listen via speakerphone and it will NOT select.
I tried playing music from files on the android and although they looked like they were playing, I could not hear anything through the speaker.
