Hello, Im new to all this Rooting and Flashing roms stuff. I flashed Jellybeer to my G Note i717 AT&T and was restoring system stuff like messages from Titanium Backup and I get a message from Pic #1 after i rebooted and this is what i was restoring and what i think i did wrong (but I dont know what i did wrong if that makes sense) on pic #2.
hello there!
i'm a new little fellah in the rom flashing world, so i'm a little afraid before doing anything, so here's the situation :
i have a galaxy mini, rooted, and cwm is perfectly installed.
i want to install this rom : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2085347
In the description it's written to wipe data AND cache after every action.
Hello! I'm a proud owner of a Milestone 2 (I don't know if this goes to Droid 2 or Droid 2 Global :P) and I have a quite big problem:
My phone was running very bad, a lot of FC and slowness so I decided to wipe, so I did, went to recovery, wipe data, wipe cache, all done perfectly.
Reset the phone and what happened?
Hi friends I was using stock firmware and recovery. I was wanted to use cm10.1. So when I went to recovery and tried to wipe data my phone took so much time it was not responding. After that I removed battery and tried to start the phone it was not starting only boot screen appearing. Than I again tried to wipe data through cwm recovery and the result was same. What can I do now???
Will my external SD card storage data be wipe when i wipe data from recovery?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
So back on my Evo 4G whenever I wanted to flash a new rom, I would load it on my SD card. Then boot into custom recovery and wipe cache/Dalvik... Then would wipe ALL data/factory reset. Then I would install my new rom off of my SD card.
With my S3, I cannot access anything on my SD via CWM recovery.
Im no developer and this is my first port :)
flash on your own risk :silly:
