[Q] Is the One X worth it ?

http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hey guys :) I'm from the Xperia X8 forums (yeah, reeeeeaaallly long way from home). I'm getting a One X in less than 2 weeks and I was wondering if you guys can tell me if this phone is worth it ? I actually like this phone more than the S3, which I've been told by many to get over the One X. So I was wondering, could you guys tell me if it's worth getting, what are the pros and cons and do you regret getting it and if you do, what would be a better alternative ? I have read and read TONS of reviews online and all I can say is that the reviews are mixed, but quite positive. Besides, if it's on (HowTos)

o.k.!So, what is the verdict, guys? Is it worth it for us layphans to upgrade our o.s., or too mmuch and too involved to want? Personally, I don't have a computer, no one will let me download anything onto theirs (virusephobia). So.. how about some pros and cons! cool

So I rooted my phone a little while ago and installed Omega in a previous thread, and I was wondering what you guys would consider essential apps.

I already bought the Titanium Backup pro key version, for making backups in Dropbox, but what are some other apps worth paying for?

I've got £5 of play store credit left to spend & was just wondering if this game was worth spending it on. I haven't seen any reviews.. so if anyone could give me their impressions it would be appreciated.

Also how does it run on a Nexus 7 & can a Sixaxis pad be used.

I posted this on the GS3 forum and it was mentioned to ask here so here it goes...

I'm due for an upgrade and my little X2 just isn't cutting it for me anymore so I'm in the market for a new phone. I'm seriously leaning towards the GS3,but wanted to know from you guys if there were any other phones (I'm on Verizon by the way) that were worth giving a look at.

I used shared hosting for a while, then I bought a computer and used it as a server for about a year. Once in a while, I lose my Internet connection (probably due to too much traffic at my ISP), meaning my website goes offline.

I'm thinking about switching to VPS hosting, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. My server is Intel i5 3.3 GHz quad-core with 8GB of RAM.

I recently ordered a Samsung Galaxy S2 T989 model from Tmobile which should arrive in about a 2 days. This is my first android phone so I'm pretty excited. It comes preloaded with Gingerbread 2.3.6 ver and I was wondering about ICS 4.0.4. How does it compared with GB 2.3.6 version? I read horrible things about 4.0.3 and how it lags and drains battery fast.

Hey guys, I currently have the S3 from att. After seeing the S4 I don't think I want it. So I'm thinking of getting a N4! A friend of mine just got it and it's nice. But is it worth the upgrade? Or should I wait out for the next device? If so when do we think it will be released? I want one....Just not sure its worth the money yet! Thanks.

Right now im on the amaze 4g... and i have to say.... the development for that phone is horrible. :/ when it was on gingerbread it wasnt all that good either. now there is ics and dev is severely crippled. the specs are nice but the dev part is lacking.

now i was thinking if i could buy this from the play store for 349. is it worth it? i dont know. i know you guys will prlly say yes.

im debating whether to spend money to fix the screen or just get a new phone. I can pick up a brand new phone for 300, the local shop charges 140 for same day service....ive watched vids on how it's done just wondering if its a gamble worth taking?
