Was not really sure where to post this, but here are instructions on how to make a smart cover like the iPad's. ( Lock and Unlock as you open the samsung flip cover)
Things you need, the OEM samsung flip cover case, or any other cover case that fits. A pouch will also work marvelously.

Last week we showed you that the Nexus 7 was set up for smart covers. Now a lot of devices are in the same boat so it remains to be seen if we will ever see actual smart covers for the Nexus 7, but if you’re clamoring for one, you can make one for as less than $10.00.

The samsung gsIII has a cover that replaces the back cover and adds a flip cover to it so it doesnt add extra thickness to the back.
If not I was actually thinking of taking one of the chinese flip covers (the magnetic ones that go all the way around the nexus and hold with a magnet) and removing the plastic casing and just using an adhesive

Has anyone found a fix for the loose battery cover without switching it for a Flip Cover? The top portion of my friends and my cover has some give to it and it annoys both of us. I understand putting that putting a normal case on the phone would help solve this but any other ideas? I've tried using tape but up top due to the construction I've failed to accomplish a thing.

I'm a new owner of Nexus 4 and long-time owner of BlackBerry (as my name may indicates, though I'm far from avid...lol). Anyway, as said in the thread's title, I'd like to know is there any case (preferably flip leather case) that behave like Apple's Smart Cover which automatically lock/wake the screen? I recall ones used in GS III and Note II also behave the same way.
