I have nexus 4. Whenever i tried to connect it with my windows XP based PC it always connect as Android nexus ADB interface device. But i want to connect it as MTP device.
I want to be able to also connect my bluetooth keyboard with USB to my nexus 10 device.
My device is rooted and I have an OTG cable.
When I connect the bluetooth keyboard to my nexus 10 from micro-usb --> USB --> micro-USB my device recognizes the USB connection but not the type of connection (no driver). So it doesn't see that it's a keyboard.
I'm trying to get photos off a Nexus 5 and into OSX. When I plug it in, it says "connected as a media device" on the device screen, but no USB drive shows up in Finder, no new folder shows up in /Volumes, and neither Image Capture nor Picasa see it as a camera.
This is a similar question to How to connect Nexus 7 with Ubuntu , But the solution given there doesnt work.
How can I connect Nexus 10 on ubuntu. It gives me an error (actually tries to access the device for 30secs and the gives up) when I try to open the "Nexuis 10" Icon in the document viewer (Like how a USB is displayed)
The LG Nexus 4 is either a great new flagship, or a half-baked device missing several important features, depending on who you ask. Unfortunately it looks like the latter is getting a little more ammunition as it’s recently surfaced that the Nexus 4 has no USB OTG (on-the-go) support. USB OTG cables allow users to connect a mouse, keyboard, flash drive, etc.
I have a nexus 7 and a nexus 10. Both running Android 4.2.2. Also a Samsung galaxy S3.
When I am at work, I can connect to the internet through a proxy server. No issues with Android - it just works for the Nexus 7 and the S3. But not from my Nexus 10. I have put the proxy address in serveral times but it will not connect to the internet or Play.

I was trying to dig through previous threads wondering if anyone has had wireless connectivity issues with their Nexus 10. I just got mine in the mail just a few days ago but I am starting to notice my Nexus 10 sometimes loses its wireless connection and it will not reconnect to it, then I have to restart my device for it to connect to the internet again.
I have tried to figure this out using the Nexus 7 and checking forums, however, I have not found the answer. Basically, I want to know if it is possible to connect two Blue Tooth headsets to one Nexus 7 so that multiple people can watch a movie or listen to music at the same time.
