hey guys, I'm new to android and the One is my first android device. I was wondering if there was a way (whether I have to root it or not) where I can keep the LED indicator flashing until I actually unlock the phone and check it. I am not sure what the point of it only flashing for 5 minutes is.
I want to start out saying that I am not a newbie at rooting and flashing roms. I have probably done it over 100 times.
I am having a particularly annoying problem getting my new Galaxy SII(Walmart prepaid one) from T-Mobile flashing properly. I have no issues rooting or installing recovery. I have actually tried TWRP and CWM.
My phone has a weird bug after it goes out of 3G/data range for approx 15-20 minutes, the homescreen starts flashing and the phones starts vibrating continuously. Sometimes I can turn off the screen and the flashing/vibrating goes away after about 5 minutes.
Hi! I want a solution to a problem I`ve got with my phone. When it`s blocked [the block button is pressed] the screen keeps flashing every ~30 seconds . By flashing I mean more likely lighting itself . Because of that the battery dies faster .
Please give me an answer to my problem asap.
I have an at&t s3. I was in the process of flashing liquidsmooth rom from the goomanager app. I went into twrp and cleared everything that should be done before flashing a new rom. Now, it didn't boot, no download mode, no anything. I can get a red light to come on when I take out the battery and plug into the computer, but that's it.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note. I tried flashing several custom ROMs. Then I figured out that my GSM modem loses signal every now and then and I have to restart the phone every couple of minutes. (Going to flight mode and returning back also works).
I thought it relates to Custom ROM, so I get back to the stock ROM, but didn't solve the problem.
First off if you're on ANY recovery that isn't CWM 184.108.40.206 you DO NOT NEED TDJS SUPER WIPE OR CACHE WIPE SCRIPTS!!!! Seriously stop flashing these people you're filling up threads with problems caused by both of these scripts and bad flashing methods. Here's how to PROPERLY flash a ROM..
If on CWM 6.0.x.x
1. Wipe factory data/reset
2. Wipe cache
3. Go into mounts and storage
4. Format /system
