Anyone else having the same issue?

I just published my new app to Google Play. it seems very interesting that the market doesn't have any place for new released apps so that everyone can see the new apps, it has only a place for "Top new android apps". I searched and googled a lot but could not find the answer of my question.
I've just uploaded my first app to Google Play. Its free and I have no in-app purchases.
Even that I have no in-app purchases I can still see in Google Play that there is a sentence next to the google play icon that says "Offers in-app purchases". How do I cancel it? I've searched all over the google play developer console for a place to uncheck it but couldn't found one.
This isn't about my Samsung galaxy 5, but I have been searching for this all over and none of the google forums are any help, so I figured I would give it a shot. I decided I wanted it in HD so I could watch it on my TV, however, I can't find an option to upgrade.
I would like to scrape data from App Store and Google Play to fit the following criteria:
Top IOS developers (by country, region and company size)
Top Android Developers (by country, region and company size)
Most popular IOS games (organized by developer)
Most popular Android games (by developer)
