Any special/easy method on how to wipe the internal SD card. Just wanna start fresh... Currently S-OFF stock rooted latest AT&T firmware with twrp recovery

I have a T999L running 4.3 stock, TWRP 188.8.131.52, rooted, de-knoxed. I performed a nandroid backup in TWRP, went back into TWRP to install a custom rom but now TWRP cannot mount my SD card nor my internal memory. I Odin'ed 4.3 stock back on the device, reinstalled TWRP, but still no dice - TWRP will not mount SD card/internal memory. I flashed CWM over TWRP but the issue persisted.
I have always used CWM Rom Manager but now it only bricks the phone when installed. "Encryption Error - Factory Reset", but that does not work, have to use AP Fastboot and reinstall JellyBean. Now that I have it up again, I want a recovery solution besides Titanium Backup that will backup the entire phone, like CWM did. So, I installed SafeStrap.
1. Download and extract the file.
2. Just copy TWRP folder to your sd card. do not rename or modify any file or folder.
3. Reboot to TWRP recovery
4. 1st back up your current rom. Just in case.
5. Wipe everything except external sd card.
6. restore this back up and reboot.
Your phone will have pre rooted stock ROM.
I try to do format the internal sd card but cmw recovery give me this error Error Mounting /sdcard/.android_Secure
i can/t solve this problem i try also to restor a nandroid backup but it/s impossibile mount the internal sd card so the process is aborted. any solution?
in this moment i try to flash with odin a stock fw, install the latest cwm and then retray to format :\
I believe I may have bricked my Fire HD 7". I decided to flash a new ROM. Something I've done many many times. However, this time I decided to wipe the SD card because I wanted to get rid of all the app folders, my documents, music, etc. and start from a clean state.
