http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hello, :) Can somebody help me please? I want root on my device. And I haven't done it before. And I am kind of scared. Because I don't want to brick it and I am sick of the ads. That are just plentiful on my device. I have Android 4.0.4 Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 the Wifi version Model number GT-P5113 I am not sure if the Kernel and the Build number is needed at the moment. Also I would like to backup my device before I do this just in case. (Thanks) (HowTos)

I have tried several times to root this device and to be honest nothing seems to work for me .
