[Q] Htc one XL. Boot loop development mode

http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hi, I'm having a problem with my Australian version Htc one xl on telstra. I was trying to root my device when it got stuck on a boot loop, saying this mode is for development purposes only on the the screen on boot. It would do this for a couple of seconds then re boot. I've tried entering recovery mode through the fast boot menu but just goes back into the boot loop. Any body now how I could fix this? I don't mind recovering to factory settings if need be. I should also mention complete noob when it comes to this stuff. Extra info. In the fastboot menu saying Tampered and unlocked. I (HowTos)

I need advice for a friend, his phone is stuck in an infinite loop, this is his message:

I tried installing the 4.2.1 rom on my LG Optimus 2x and got stuck in a boot loop after rebooting. I can't access the clockworkmod recovery, when I hold volume down and press power button to boot into recovery mode, I get this screen with korean text that I don't understand. I could only access clockworkmod recovery mode by using the rom mamager app before I started flashing the new rom.

I had JB, rooted, unlocked and stock recovery working just fine. I forget the update file in sd card and accidentally go into recovery mode. Screen went black. Backlight of the screen is going on and off every 30 sec.

Forced to reboot, boot logo comes up, after a few seconds screen goes black, and backlight of the screen goes off and on and off again in a continuous loop.

My friend was trying to unroot/unzip his s3 and go back to stock firmware. He used android rootz website since he doesn't have a PC. They have a thread where you can do that process without using a PC. He did everything and when it went to reboot to get into recovery, it just has the blue android guy and it keeps boot looping.

Ok I've recently just rooted my phone because I wanted to see emojis. So when I downloaded font installer And used it to reboot, my phone has been turning on and off with only the booting screen (I think that's what you call it). And so I tried restoring it back to factory settings through the recovery Mode, and I reboot it, it does the same thing (in boot loop). PLEASE HELP IDK WHAT TO DO!

My thunderbolt got stuck in boot loop about a week later after flashing Liquid ICS MR3V1. If I attempt to reboot the phone numerous times it will eventually boot up and work fine. The phone will not allow me to get into recovery - it will just go into boot loop once recovery is selected.

Unlocked and tried to flash CWM to my Asus TF300T. It didn't seem to work so I selected wipe data in the recovery menu...it froze so I hard reset it. Now I am stuck with only the Asus white logo load screen in a boot loop. Recovery will not load using the volume down and power method so I can not get to fastboot or have my computer recognize that I have it connected.

I bought a phone from eBay. It was stuck in a boot loop. Wasn't unlocked. Guy couldn't figure it out. After a lot of work last night I was able to unlock the boot loader from hboot and somehow get amon ra 3.0.6 recovery on it. I then proceeded to flash business sense ROM. After it flashed it took me back to boot loader and flashed the kernel and it booted and worked perfect all night.

I'm so dumb :( I tried flashing new fxp 146 rom from fxp 145 without formatting data, now I have boot loop and can't get into cwm, but I do have fastboot mode what do I do?
