So I rooted my phone, but did not flash the rom (seemed too complicated at the time) All I did was install gingerbreak and link to sd, only rooted to expand the internal memory for apps. I have to send the phone back for bluetooth reasons. Do I just unroot using gingerbreak? After I unroot, and uninstall gingerbreak can I use the factory reset option now? q

I rooted my phone using Motochopper, but I would like to unroot. Unfortunately it is not exactly clear as to whether my phone is actually rooted - Superuser installed during the root process, but other indicators show that my phone is not rooted. Not sure what to do at this point (worried about bricking of course).
I have an Htc Evo 4g it is running on original stock rom gingerbread 2.3.3 and i am trying to unroot it. It is rooted to Revolutionary and it has clockwork installed. I am trying to unroot because it has sooooo many problems, and it wont let me receive calls sometimes, it is very slow, and i just want to take it off my phone that i can bring it back to sprint for the vibration problem.
I have unlocked and rooted my Asus Transformer Pad Infinity but on the left housing edge the color rubs off. And now I want to bring it back. And I cant find a thread how i relock and unroot my Asus Transformer Pad Infinity. Please help me.
I am returning my phone back to stock so I can trade it in. I found a few threads on here that have ways to unroot but some seem questionable. Can anyone point me in the right direction to unroot an official Kit Kat updated device?
Im a little new to the rooting thing, although i have done it before in previous phones. I have a Samsung Galaxy 10.5 S that I rooted using instructions posted on another thread. It worked great. What i want is the default Kernel in case i ever want to unroot (or something goes wrong) and go back to the regular stuff.
