Is there a guide or tutorial or can something let me know how to use fastboot / adb for flashing ROMS. When I try for example; "fastboot flash boot boot.img", it just says unknown command.

I tried to flash JB from one of those http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1936512 (on Windows with the motorola drivers), and since then the i does not go beyond the red M.
I can still access the fastboot, but when doing manually "fastboot flash boot boot.img", the CMD prompt shows/

I successfully completed the first stage (Unlocking Bootloader). I then tried stage 2 get S-Off.
My Infinity is unlocked and rooted. I want to install NVFLASH on my Infinity before I flash JB. The instructions for NVFLASH states you have to access the fastboot menu. When I boot and hold the volume down key I get to the boot menu. Then I press volume down to choose the fastboot icon and volume up to start fastboot.

There's an automated process, and I followed the steps, got into fastboot usb but the program just sits on waiting for device.

I unlocked my saga via htcdev and installed cwm. I thought that that would be enough to flash a costum rom but now i only see the spashsceen on bootup. I tried flash the boot.img via fastboot manually but that fails (fastboot failed (status malformed (1 bytes))) too.
