Is there anyway to get it back to stock (& be recognised by Kies) & re-enable the warranty?

hi guys i am back at it again i have a china android model number G15

now the phone works ok for 1 minor problem each time i insert a sim card the phone would detect it but i cant get any signal bars no signal and even if i try to dial it say
