[Q] Help rooting please.

I had rooted it many moons ago and flashed a custom rom but it had a battery bug where if the battery depleted below 5%, it would not charge from USB. This, although a minor issue, caused me a load of problems in day to day use.... So decided to start afresh... Reflashed with official motorola rom **this, i suspect, is why i cant root it**. Tried numerous ways, SOC (stops at step 7) and many others on x86 and x64 com (HowTos)

the problem is whenever i install the cm nightly it says: E:failed to verify whole-file signat

[Q] Help with motorola defy+ 31 weeks 2 days ago

I was in the process of doing something on my defy+ and the phone was low on battery.

During the flashing the phone discharged and now it won't charge. I've tried connecting it to the wall charger for about a day and the white led will not light up and the phone is stuck at the red moto logo.

Sorry sure there is thing everywhere about this. But I have searched and read so much about it last night and today I am lost. Basically just rooted yesterday with sickins kernal. (US Cellular GS2 SCH R760) rooting went fine. after messing around I looked at battery usage and see Android OS using 57%. After using watchdog I noticed suspend and events/0 to be the culprits. I'm not sure though.

I've been using several custom roms on my Defy green lense and i noticed an issue with the battery life.

It happens that every time i fully charge the phone, when it goes to 70% battery life it instantly drop to 50%, battery drain, even with STOCK Froyo.

But if i charge it to 69%, not fully 100% or over 70%, it goes normal...

Is the battery bricked ?

well, i just flashed the DFHKT_U_4.5.2-109_DHT-22-23 over DEFYPLUS_U3_4.5.1-134_DFP-137, yes, i know, BIG MISTAKE, the DFP-137 was with other name when i flashed it for the first time, now the phone doesn't boot and charge, its practicably dead, what can i do?

Edit: sorry for the title, I tried to say, it does not load or boot.

I'm having a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S3 (rooted, but no custom ROM) through AT&T where it's losing battery power at a much higher rate than normal every once in a while.

Specifically, today, I was using the GPS feature and charging it in my car, and yet, even though it said it was charging, the battery continued to lose charge.

I recently rooted and flashed the Jellybean 4.2.2 rom and I absolutely love it, except on one phone the battery isn't charging at all and on the other phone the battery takes more then 8 hours to fully charge from 25%. I read that other people having slow charging issues and I haven't found a solution so if anyone knows of one that would be great.

Hi guys I'm new to android forums.consider me dumb. I hate my laggy 2.3.6 Defy+ brutally....AND I KNOW NOTHING HOW TO ROOT......PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME EACH STEP BY STEP AND PROVIDE ME KNOWLEDGE ABOUT COMPLETE ROOTING AND OVERCLOCKING???? AND ALSO HOW TO USE A ROOTED PHONE??? from decent family can't afford another phone as of now...urgent help needed.
