I've been trying for the longest to port AOKP to Galaxy tab 7 plus, and so far I have gotten nowhere. The devs in our forums aren't interested in porting AOKP to our device. But there is a fully functional cm9 build working. I'm mainly trying to port AOKP for its customization options "RomControl" so is there a way to at least bring the romcontrol menu to a working cm9 rom?
This is a self-compiled kang of AOKP with cherry picks from AOKP’s Gerrit Instance, most comparable to a CM nightly build. You need not apply if you’re not comfortable with testing out new and possibly broken features. All credit goes to aokp, #teamdouche and the coders who submit to Gerrit.
Currently uploading AOKP alpha 1. Changelog uploaded soon.
This is a port from the u8800 AOKP port by dc959.
Basically, its a port from a port. This may or may not be compataible with the pro.
Beta testers anyone? Uploading to Dropbox ATM.
This may or may not boot. Make a backup!!!!
Hi guys, I'm new on deving and this is the first time I try to compile a rom...
I'm a sensation user, but I want to make an aokp build for my friend that has a galaxy ace with a good working cm9 rom...
now, can someone help me to understand which source use, which git sync, I am pretty confused...
I have the aokp source here https://github.com/aokp
and maclaw source (fixing things on cm9) here
CyanogenMod (CM) and the Android Open Kang Project (AOKP) are the two most feature filled ROM’s that you can find in the custom ROM world. With CM10 Nightlies having been released just a couple of days ago, it was only natural for the AOKP team to follow suit and release their first official build of Jelly Bean AOKP.
Just curious if anyone else running cm10 based roms are experiencing the random phantom touches at any degree? I've had it on Mazda's AOKP and CN(A) build, agrabrens cm10, Lens_Flare's Aokp build as well as his PA port. Along with running Vanilla, Mac, and anthrax kernels.
Just thought to maybe try flashing a nand of an ICS backup I have to retest that when I get off work.
