[Q] Help! No access to full Google Play services.

http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hi guys. I just received my HTC Droid DNA from the US. It has an unlocked bootloader and has been rooted with TWRP installed. Most of the Verizon bloatware has been removed too. But after logging into my UK Google Play account I can only access the Apps category. Nothing else. No Music, Books, or Movies. I updated the Google Play services but no luck. I even tried with an updated APK and it still won't work. I also tried accessing the Movie store from the Play Movies app but it just takes me to the site. Any ideas? This has never happened before with an import device. Thanks. (HowTos)

Hello everybody,

ICS on P7510 amazes me again, this time with Google Play Movies. It came with ICS (UK update), my son made a short movie, which showed in the filelist in Play Movies. Suddenly, the Google Play Movies shortcut disappeared from my Tab, although in my app list in Google Play, it appeared as installed.

As expected, one of the Google products to get some attention at Google I/O is the Google TV platform. Google continues to increase consistency across product lines and Google TV is no exception. The UI has been updated to provide access to the Google Play store that is similar to that found on other Android devices. Consumers can purchase movies, music, and TV shows through the store.

Google launched Google Play Magazines and TV shows in the US at Google I/O last week. Well, it looks like you folks across the pond won’t be getting access to these new services, or to Google Music, in time for the Nexus 7 launch. Currently, the UK has access to Apps, Books, and Movies.

Possibly a dumb question, but I have been on the Google TV website and cannot confirm that this is an actual capability. Does Google Play Movies and Play Music have full functionality on Google TV? I just purchased a Nexus 7 and picture using it as a remote for Google TV where I will be able to rent movies on my Nexus 7 and watch them on the big screen through Google TV. Same with Music...

Android app developers have a new tool available courtesy of the Google Play Store to help streamline app authentication against Google.

Hey guys searched for this before posting but couldnt find an answer. I bought some movie's from the google play store and when I go to play them it gives an error. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if there is a way to fix it. Thanks for any help

Hey guys so I've purchased quite a few movies through Google Play and so far so good but I've noticed that SEVEN (:confused:) of the movies on my wishlist are no longer available through Google Play.

The other day I was browsing apps in Google Play Store and I noticed that Google Play Music wasn't marked as installed. I thought maybe it was an updated version, so I installed it. It downloaded and then sat there supposedly installing for hours.
