I decided to buy Android tablet. Ideally it would have:

* 3G GSM modem (SIM card slot) * wifi * resolution 1024x600 (or higher) * GPS * decent screen * (micro)SD card support or USB port (pendrive) * price < $300

Viewsonic Viewpad 7 is nice but bit too slow and 800x480 only. Advent Vega is great and cheap but no built-in 3G.

Any recommendations?
