[Q] Help

Hi,

Today for the first time i have updated my mini using the Samsung Kies to Android 2.3.6. After that i rooted my phone and then installed CWM recovery 5.0.2.6. However, when i tried to install custom ROM i'm unable to do so. It stops in the first screen itself.

Before this i backed up my stock ROM and now when i'm trying to restore it..it got stuck in the Galaxy POP GT-S5570 screen.

Hi Every one i have samsung galaxy mini plus s5570I i have problem i was having the jellyplus v3 custom rom ana i have done a backup for it and i installed the stock rom ixxlk2 ana when i would to do ana advanced restore (restore only data ) the phone didn't want to turn up it stay roboting is there ana way to restore only apps from the backup plz helpp me :confused: :crying:

Hi all i have got a zoostorm SL8 mini and i am trying to restore it with the original recovery.img, i dont have any custom recovery instaledl and i dont have fastboot installed as i can seem to find 1 for my tablet. i was just wondering if its possible to run my original recovery.img through my laptop?

SORRY I HAVE JUST POSTED THIS IN THE WRONG FORUM!!!!

Tried to get a clockworkmod working on my Visual Land 7L. Found a thread that gave me a clockwork recovery that worked with the Visual Land 7 (NOT 7L) but it still installed normally and even booted into it. Volume rocker didn't interact with the recovery so I rebooted. Took the recovery that same recovery and used CWM's Recovery Builder but added touch support.

this was made using http://builder.clockworkmod.com/ its based off of the official cwm 6.0.1.1(downloaded from the cwm site), when in recovery it says 6.0.1.2(not sure why) i have tested backup\restore, and fix permissions and they are working great, i have not tested anything else

i used mobile odin to flash it

i successfully rooted my phone and installed cyanogenmod 7.2(smultron) stable.

Good news from Koush of ClockworkMod fame… an alpha test build of ClockworkMod version 6.0.0.0 has been released that greatly speeds up device backups, and also reduces the file size of incremental backups to around 20MB. For those who don’t know, ClockworkMod Recovery is a replacement for the stock recovery of any Android device.

The HowTo works also for Galaxy Note 10.1 devices see here. Please use device specific files from links below. Because ClockworkMod Touch is used, just tip on the touchscreen instead using the buttons.
