hello
i have been having a lot of problem with my gnex gps since i got it.
yesterday i got a second one because my wife took my first one :)
now, on the new gnex, the gps works fast and locks quickly; but not to a lot of satellite.
Back in the old Gnex pre-launch mega thread, one of the topics that was debated (especially while we anxiously awaited release) was whether or not one should opt for the RAZR, Rezound, Galaxy S2 on another carrier, etc. because Google/Samsung/Verizon were taking too long to release the Gnex.
at 1Saleaday.com the Gnex's is on sale... this is 24 hr sale
just so people know i have bought from this site multiple times and never had an issue with anything i have purchased.
Have fun for all you who do not have Gnex or wants another or broke yours :D
I had an android application that utilizes google maps.
I have followed the instuctions and made the app working in debug mode using the debug key.
I have retrieved my SHA-1 key from the debug.keystore found here.
c:\Users\myself\.android\debug.keystore
using
c:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_03\bin>keytool -list -v -keystore c:\debug.keystore
The map was showing fine whenever I used teth
I just bought a sprint gnex for my gf. She had terrible problems with her last two phones, evo 3d and photon 4g. We thought the gnex with jelly beam was going to be perfect but there is one extremely annoying bug. When she receives an message, the notification sound goes off and doles not stop, even if you go into the menu and disable it. Is there a fix for this? The gnex is on stock jelly bean.
I upgraded from an Verizon GNex to a Droid razr maxx hd, I'm still using the 4G sim that came with my GNex, I want to try ISIS wallet but here in lies the problem. The GNex sim I'm using is not an NFC sim. I popped the NFC sim into my razr maxx hd, but the new sim doesn't activate.
So how do I switch from a regular 4G lte sim to a 4G lte NFC sim?
It seems every time that I turn on my Gnex screen, the Search for GPS icon is in the notification bar. The only application that I currently keep active that needs GPS is HD Weather Widget and it's set to update every 3 hours.
Anyone else notice that their Gnex is looking for GPS a lot?
Is this because of Google services?
1st GNEX - My original one. Something fried internally; wouldn't charge or turn on. Had since Feb. Returned.
2nd GNEX - TERRIBLE signal loss. I was losing signal every 3 - 5 minutes! Couldn't even go through a complete call or send / receive texts without dropping signal. Returned.
3rd GNEX - Again, TERRIBLE signal loss. Now losing signal every 10 - 15 minutes.
Hello, i am an xdanoob. I have been an iphone user for the last 2 years and i feel the time to upgrade and switch to android has finally come, i have always liked to tweak my stuff to get the most out of it ( i build my own PCs etc ) and i am tired of IOS lack of customization.
