[Q] GPS problem signal

http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hi. I have a Galaxy s3 videotron t999v. I rooted and flashed the rom Frosty, illusion and CM10. I still have the same problem no GPS signal with google navigation. I went back to the stock rom with odin and make the ICS update for jellybean. Still the same problem no GPS signal. Anyone has a solution or has had the same thing with Galaxy s3 Vieotron or Tmobile. It appears that somehow my GPS signal has disappeared. Not only am I not able to use Google navigation or any other for that matter, but GPS signal test maps do not detect a signal, GPS fix is worthless and I do not see the GPS icon flashing at the top. I tried flashing the Jellybean stock rom via Odin nothing, I tried flashing a few modems no luck. It use to work flawless but now it useless.

So...rooted/unlocked/flashed this app/all the good stuff before I activated my gnex. Well I activated it and have a sim card in now and the woman I talked to said something about the jellybean update. So I realized I flashed ParanoidAndroid nightly over 4.0.4 instead of 4.1.1. Is there any problem with this? Because I noticed every 5 minutes my data cycled though 4g/3g/1x/no data.

Hi i have rooted XL and i have problem with signal gsm, sometimes wifi . my signal is still getting lost in town, outside the city signal is missing. . I think that i have wrong radio or somethin. Newbie here, so please keep calm :)

GSM Problem after flashing ROM 31 weeks 8 hours ago

Dear friends,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note. I tried flashing several custom ROMs. Then I figured out that my GSM modem loses signal every now and then and I have to restart the phone every couple of minutes. (Going to flight mode and returning back also works).

I thought it relates to Custom ROM, so I get back to the stock ROM, but didn't solve the problem.

I have searched here and google and tried about everything but I cannot find a solution. I have been having a problem with my at&t gs3 not picking up a signal, it will have bars sometimes with no data, then randomly drop all signal together. Sometimes I can get 4g after initially changing APNs, but it always drops out after a few seconds.

I got a SGH T989 and got it unlocked for use in India..worked great for 2 months and then i rooted,flashed AOKP jellybean using CWM....after that, worked great for 1 month... Now the problem is that.....

My phone shows full signal and in the "about phone" menu,the signal strength is -100dBm BUT i cannot make calls and i'm out of coverage area for others..

I've really enjoyed my Exhibit II 4G on Tmobile for the past year or so. It's worked great so far, even when I am indoors.

But I recently started a new job and when I am at work, I get no signal whatsoever.

Hi, I have a bit of a problem with my S2.

After about 20-30 minutes of inactivity my S2 seems to drop of 3g and turn to 2g signals.

I cannot seem to get the phone to reconnect to a 3g signal unless I restart the phone.

I've changed the settings in network mode to WCDMA only and the when the signal drops i seem to get no signal what-so-ever so I have to restart the phone and change to GSM

Hey guys, I'm in desperate need of some assistance here.

I have an international Galaxy S3 i9300, rooted and with CWM.

I flashed Criskelos XXDLH8 ROM yesterday, and I followed the instructions to the dot. The flash seemed to be problem free.
