http://forum.xda-developers.com – Guys I have galaxy s2 device updated to ICS 4.0.3. It is a Non Rooted phone. Now my google play has stopped working saying some "Server Error" . the retry option is also not working. I have tries factory reset method, tries with market enabler, reflashing of gapps 0429 version. Nothing works for me. I have lost all my apps after factory reset . Pls help me out guys. When i was recently in the US i was given an HTC EVO VIEW. I have now taken it back with me to the UK but unsurprisingly my Google Play application is the US version.

I bought my Huawei Honor a few months ago, and everything was working fine with the ICS pre-installed and many Google apps. Recently, I updated my firmware and lost half of my contacts and was not able to synchronise with my gmail. So i decided to do a factory reset. Lo and behold, all my google apps disappeared.

Hi! I need to sell my Galaxy Exhibit 4G, so I want to do a factory data reset to wipe it clean. I rooted it about 6 months ago, but I have stayed on stock and just frozen and deleted some of the bloatware apps. Can I just do a regular factory data reset? I am concerned because of rumors that it might brick your phone?

After reading that others have the same issues as I do with ICS (bad battery life, wifi connection problems, and the phone being sluggish) and a factory reset is the "fix" for this, I went ahead and did a factory reset. Surprisingly, the phone had automatically backed up everything..

Soo think i'm not the only one having this problem but... got my galaxy s2 today... signed in to my Google account... tried to access the market (unawares it was now Google Play) not able to download apps to my device, checked my devices and it was not listed there. tried clearing data and cache as a couple of folk suggested but that didn't help.

My samsung S3 phone has the message "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" displayed everytime it connects to wifi or mobile data network, either to update or what ever, and after that the phone hangs for exactly a minute. Nothing else seemed to change henceforth in the usage of phone, but now I've noticed it doesn't open or update google play store....

I used a HTC desire s... HTCdev bootloader unlocked s-on and rooted ... This morning, was checking google play when i found a FONT INSTALLER app. i decided to try it. After installation, i opened it to use a font on their server, i backed up the stock font.

Hello, I've got a problem and I'd be very happy for any advice.

I am on rom JellyBean AOSP. I was using my Transformer and sound stopped working. So I decided to turn it off and on again and when I tried to turn it on and I wasn't able to start tablet anymore. I'm stuck on the first screen you see when you turn on the tablet. So I wanted to do factory reset in the recovery.
