[Q] Flashing ROM's at less than 100% battery

http://forum.xda-developers.com – Will flashing a ROM with less than 100% battery harm anything? My wife's phone is still having issues with the NEWsense rom after getting a new battery from sprint. I flashed NEWsense while the phone was charging, at the time of the flash it was at roughly 45%. When charging, it will say it's charged to 100%, but after 3 hours of light use with wifi on, it's down to 27% already. Is this something the battery calibration option in the NEWsense control panel would fix? Or is wiping battery stats the best way? I could always charge to 100%, then re-flash the rom. I guess I'm just lost (HowTos)

When my phone is plugged into the wall there is no charging light or anything. No white light in any senario. Last night my default battery was at about 9% so I pulled it and used my 2nd battery. No problem.

I recently rooted and flashed the Jellybean 4.2.2 rom and I absolutely love it, except on one phone the battery isn't charging at all and on the other phone the battery takes more then 8 hours to fully charge from 25%. I read that other people having slow charging issues and I haven't found a solution so if anyone knows of one that would be great.

I can not understand why it happened to me, i have been using gio for over a year now with 2.3.3 and my battery could take out 2 days with music, wifi and games but a month back i flashed Cm7.2 and the battery drained like hell. This battery issue is killing me and i tried everything, calibration, wiping stats, flashing other ROMs at 100% and alot of other tweeks but now i give up. I think its b

I'm using latest XWLPX firmware and it have been working fine and now suddenly the battery icon keeps flashing, I can't see any battery stats, the battery percentage dont go down and when I reboot my phone it drops from 80% to less than 20%.

New Nexus owner here. I purchased the vzw "spare battery charging kit" with the phone. So far, thru about a half a dozen charges I have only gotten one battery to charge to a green light. Most of the time, they charge for an hour or two, then give me a blinking orange light. When I put the battery in the phone, it only shows about half charge or so.

Hi everyone, i have the vodadone 858 smart running Android OS, v2.2 (Froyo).

The first problem occured about 2 months after having the phone - the battery refused to charge.

I have two LG Optimus V phones. Suddenly yesterday, one started having an issue where the phone doesn't seem to be recognizing the charging status of the battery. The battery is not the problem. I put in the battery from the working phone into the sick phone and it does not recognize that the battery is fully charged from that phone either.

Hi. I used Battery Calibration from google play exactly as instructed. Since then, my battery is charging REALLY slow, or not at all. When I use my fully charged galaxy after its charged overnight(connected to a charger) it shows 100%, and when I disconnect it, the battery drops... To lets say 92%. What can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hello. I bought a HTC one X in China and send it to my GF who's in UK. But she constantly get charging problems.

The problem is like this: 1) Can't charge at all using AC adapter if the battery is not empty. The battery bar just keep decreasing no matter whether you pluged the power line or not. (Faster with the line pluged).
