Since Sunday my trusty S3 seems to have developed a few performance issues:
- It now seems to lose 10% of its battery in roughly an hour, regardless of whether or not I am using it, so unless I keep it plugged in it runs out of charge remarkable quickly.
- I sometimes have to plug/unplug/re-plug the charger in to charge it (which now takes 3 times as long as it did before).

Hi i have a problem with my s+ . When i plug the wall charger the phone doesnt charge , but when i plug in the usb cable from the computer the phone charges. I found out that if i turn the phone off and plug in the charger , the phone wakes up but still doesnt charge. I tried the charger on another phone and it works . What should be the problem ? can anyone help pls .
I have gingerbread 2.3.6
My phone charges fine when I plug it into a wall charger. However, when I try to plug it into a car charger the phone's charge light appears but the phone does not charge.
Why is the phone not charging with a car charger?
I had my phone charging overnight as I always do. Today the battery drained to 14% with warning so I thought I turned it off. I eventually plugged it into the charger and cannot get it to turn on. I've tried removing the battery a couple times, nothing.
It's been plugged into a wall outlet now for 2 hours and still nothing seems to work.
Is anyone else having problems charging their S4? I was using a 5V/1A car charger while on a trip and the phone was actually losing power faster than it was charging. I did have Waze open and was playing music using local files with Google Play, but my S3 was able to handle that fine and still charge in the car.
So I've setup chargers at multiple places in my home, in both cars and at work. I noticed differences in charge levels and charging times between these and was trying to rectify those with problems. Did a bit of reading and this is what I understood.
High power chargers(2.0 A or even 1.0 A) will charge the device faster.
Micro USB cables can be data/charge cables or charge only cables.
Ill cut to the chase. I plug my phone in and it says its charging, but the battery level still goes down. I unplug it and it doesn't still say it charging. I can still connect to my computer but the phone wont charge at all. Ive switched batteries out from my wifes phone, and Ive been using her phone to charge my battery. Any idea on whats going on?

So, my power button does not work, only on really rare occasions, so I downloaded the "no lock" app so my volume rockers can turn my phone display on.
Today my phone died, and I left it on the charger for 3 hours. I came back and it still wouldnt turn on.
