[Q] Change Google Play location

http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hi All, When i was recently in the US i was given an HTC EVO VIEW. I have now taken it back with me to the UK but unsurprisingly my Google Play application is the US version. I am using the same Google Play account as i do on my Xperia Neo which is the UK version so the account isn't the problem. I have factory reset the device in the UK and the 'Android Market' app that is preinstalled is still the US version (and so is the 'Google Play' app that it is updated into) which means that some apps are not available, some say they are not compatible due to location, and everything is in $$$ i (HowTos)

I am sure this is a basic question for a place like this but;

I have just been given an EVO View by an uncle living in the US. I am now back home in the UK. When i go onto google play it is clearly the US version which is obviously different in terms of the apps, combatibility and currency amongst others.

Soo think i'm not the only one having this problem but... got my galaxy s2 today... signed in to my Google account... tried to access the market (unawares it was now Google Play) not able to download apps to my device, checked my devices and it was not listed there. tried clearing data and cache as a couple of folk suggested but that didn't help.

So I'm from Serbia, and for reasons best known to Google, they won't let anyone from my country buy apps on Google Play. This was easy to circumvent by using proxy servers or VPN, but now (in the last week or so), Google Play won't let me buy apps any more. When I use a VPN (whether on my desktop or my Android devices), Google Play is now showing me only free apps.

We’ve already reported the possibility that your Google Wallet account could be compromised with a brute-force attack. Now, Google Play has a similar issue that has come to light.

I have galaxy s2 device updated to ICS 4.0.3. It is a Non Rooted phone. Now my google play has stopped working saying some "Server Error" . the retry option is also not working. I have tries factory reset method, tries with market enabler, reflashing of gapps 0429 version. Nothing works for me. I have lost all my apps after factory reset .

Hello, One of my friends has a problem with her new Android device (Acer Iconia B1) The device with no SIM card ( just Wi-Fi). Firstly, everything was Okay. I have a HTC desire HD and there is no google play in the apps just google market and I can't access it. I want it because I don't know where to update my Viber. is somebody knows how to get google play please help or where I can download viber latest version.

My device Android Version: 2.3.3 HTC Sence: 2.1

And is there any update availabe for my phone?

I've updated Google Now/Voice Search up to the latest version via the play store. Whenever I restart my phone Google Now reverts back into an older version, and Google Play tells me there's an update for it. What's going on? Thanks!
