On KDE when I drag a picture frame widget so that part of the picture is off the screen it bounces back so the whole image is on the screen.
I don't want this behavior for a few of my frames, somehow I have one frame with part of the image off the screen.
I'm working on putting together a Christmas present for parents and grandparents. I want to buy them a low end tablet (there are a few on Amazon around the $100 - $150 mark, and without having done much research yet I'm thinking something along the lines of the Coby Kyros 8", the iRulu 10.1", or the Pandigital SuperNova (Refurb)).

I have a Samsung Galaxy S II LTE and it was just upgraded to Jellybean 4.1.2 on March 4 2013. I am hoping that someone can help/explain why my pictures that I download into my phone using Google + ( months ago) before the upgrade I was able to select them for the Picture Frame Widget.

Where i have to place two picture of my girl-friend, i have to replace the existing baby faces by those two pictures, which i will make a special DVD for one surprise / gift to my girl-friend. To make her smile.
