(Q) Any complete way to install custom roms ?

http://forum.xda-developers.com – hello excuse me . I'm new to xda . and English is not my native language . so it's difficult for Me to read all the posts in all the threads is there any way that I use it to install all custom roms ? I have rooted my defy and installed the clockworkmod recovery . does the way work for all custom roms ? and two more thing : does the way work on defy and defy mini ? and how can I make my defy dual touch ? thanks in advance .... I have a rooted Defy+, from which I already removed all the cruft I don't need. I am mostly happy with the phone, but there are a few quirks which are making me consider changing to a custom ROM to get a more recent Android version (rather than Gingerbread, 2.3.6).

However, I am concerned about the drawbacks of doing so.

I have Defy+, purchased it just 4 days before and now getting some issues related to heating.

Sometimes, my Defy+ over heated while talking and surfing.

No Custom Roms. No Rooting done. Not so much time for Games. Very few applications installed.

Please help me and suggest the possible way to come over it.

ICS on Defy question please 36 weeks 6 days ago

Hi ! If I buy a Defy and install a ICS custom rom , would the camera be like in the official ICS or would it be like other ICS based roms like lets say in Samsung Galaxy which usually always show errors and camera very bad with almost no options or in fact very limited. Please advice me if the ICS in Defy is worth it. Thanks !:confused::confused:
