This Wi-Fi connection problem is on my home computer network with a brand new ZTE warp Sequent phone. After originally setting up and connecting to the internet through Wi-Fi on my new phone I now cannot connect after shutting the phone down. When I turn the phone back on it will not connect automatically or manually by pressing the connect button.

I have problem with SIM card on my phone. I'm using Temasek's CM 10.1, Kowalski kernel, and V20I-EUR-XX baseband. When phone boots, I normally input my PIN, but it doesn't connect to network, I have to go to Mobile networks and Choose operator automatically, then it connects.

i'm thinking if one can use mobile phones to connect to the internet on a computer(laptop, desktop) then why not use any broadband connection to connect a mobile phone to the internet.

Hi, I want to connect to internet using my phone modem on Ubuntu 9.04 . When I create a new connection and all the settings that are required , it shows that you are now connected. But when I try to access the internet ,I cant. I can;t open any page nor can i download and install any package using the apt-get command. now please help me in solving my problem.
So, I have a wireless connection and I want to setup my linux box to share it with my LAN.
Sounds straight-forward, and I'd have no problem doing this setting up my router with DD-WRT as a bridge. However, the WiFi connection is an ad-hoc network using ICS through my Windows Mobile Verizon phone and the router won't connect to it.

I just purchased the S3 from Tmobile (50$ no contract/unlimited everything)..and today for some reason the phone does not connect to the internet.
When I'm at home it pickes up my wifi connection in my house and its fine then...no problems accessing the net.

When the phone comes out of lock screen (ring pull and draw in lock pattern) there's usually (but not always) no Internet icon (H, 3G or G), and when I'm at home using Signal Boost on the WiFi, it doesn't always log in to the WiFi immediately.
