pylab/matplotlib installation on Fedora

view story

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I have an older Fedora distro (I think it is 12, cannot check now) and about to upgrade to python3. This worked fine, but installing pylab/matplotlib for python3 did not work. I tried: yum install python-matplot* yum install python-matplotlib and installing a tar-ball from a matplotlib-py3k git repository (cannot find the page right now). And ideas how I can install matplotlib/pylab for python3 on Fedora MOST PREFERRABLY with yum install? Thanks, Alex (HowTos)
