I have an acer Travelmate 5520 it has a Radeon XPRESS 1250 in it anyway when I install the ati propriety drivers immediately when X starts i get a while screen with lines going up and down (NO LOGIN SCREEN). Ive tried both the Debian PAckage and one from ati's website. I really want to get 3d rendering working could someone please help. Im running Debian Lenny x86_64.
