http://androidforums.com – This phone has become so laggy that its almost unbearable to use. It is rooted using the OC DTM Kernel with Nova homescreen. Going to homescreen from a game, sometimes it will take 30sec-40sec to load. Opening the drawer, can take the same time for the icons to load. Most apps are also slow and some movies are showing lag too. Here are some of the things Ive tried to help. - Tried using different settings on antutu master pro (profiles, cpu spd, etc)- no change - Turned off gps- no change - Turned off wifi- no change - Turned off "let apps use wifi/network data"- no change - Whe (General)

For some several days i was wondering if i can change my bootanimation and customize various icons on my app drawer. I searched out the forum and did download two software name BootAnimationCreator and BootAnimationFactory. Did also downloaded a custom animation from ICS THEME thread.

I have the LG Spirit. Completely stock and no roots or anything. On this phone I can change my app icons to whatever pic I want from my gallery, but 2 apps won't change, instagram, and the "apps" icon that launches the app drawer. I long press these like all the others but the little paintbrush to change the icon doesn't show up. Am I missing something?

Every time my lock screen activates, my wifi switches to 3g. I'd like my phone to stay connected to wifi when at home or at the office. My Sprint Optimizer is turned on, but for some reason when my phone is in sleep mode, it switches from wifi to 3g.

Hi all, My non-rooted Nexus S has been running smooth on Samsung 4.1.1 update from last 2 months or so. While one of the apps was being updated and installed, I switched off Wifi on the phone. Since then, the app was under "installation progress" for a few hours. I thought of switching on WiFi and since then, the phone is auto-rebooting continually if WiFi remains on.

I can see that the bottom "fixed" row of apps (which remains in place when you swipe between different homescreens) contains 5 apps.

But for the rest of the homescreen, each row only contains 4 apps. Does anybody know if it's possible to insert an extra app into those rows?

Here's a weird one for you. The apps on my SD card are not showing up in the APP drawer. They icons for them on my homescreen are there - kind of, it says the name of the app but shows a standard android icon. I can press it but nothing happens.

I downloaded the app and then erased it when i noticed you couldn´t save the video and then i realized that my homescreen changed to www.searchmobileonline.com and i can´t change this to my default homescreen. I´ve erased the history, changed the homescreen, erase every file downloaded from today, clear the memory, erased from bookmarks and it keeps changing to searchmobile again! Please Help!!

I did a full wipe then flashed Flex's ROM (I've flashed his before with no problems). After that, as I traditionally do, I went to the Play store to re-install Titanium so I can restore my apps and data. However, I've been unable to re-install Titanium at all!

I'm looking for a small footprint app that automatically turns off wifi/data when the screen shuts off...especially if I have wifi turned on.

I've tried juice defender but it's a bulky app and I don;t use much of it's features since upgrading to gingerbread.
