I am using a server that ProFTPd 1.3.4b is installed and I am using CentOS 6.4 (64bit). When I use FTP to upload files I was found that the symlink of public_html was detected as a file. By searching the forum I know the problem is caused by a bug on ProFTPd 1.3.4.
Setting up an proFTPd server so i can upload files to my webserver.
But never tried this before, ive installed proftpd, added a user with a home folder: "/home/FTP-shared"
And added /bin/false shell to it as well..
But what do i do configuration wise now in proftp to be able to login with this user, and up and download, delete and so on??

I've installed CentOS 6 with Apache, MySQL, PHP, NGinx and ProFTPd on it. I can't understand why it doesn't allow to login as root. If I create another user, I can log in easily, but when I try to log in as root it returns an error. Here is my proftpd.conf http://pastebin.com/HbzJA4X6
