The problems with Ubuntu's Amazon results legal notice

As a regular user of amazon, I was quite eager to try out the Amazon search function in dash. I've got the latest beta of 12.10 with all the latest updates, but I'm not seeing any amazon search results in dash. I'm only seeing results from the ubuntu One Music store. Are search results disabled becouse I'm located in Norway?

In the upcoming version of Ubuntu – 12.10 (final is coming on oct 18th, 2012), when you do a default search in Unity dashboard, it also returns amazon products in results, along with some expected normal results.

Ubuntu 12.10 has released with lots of new exciting features, but most users didn’t welcome the one feature which – integrates the amazon products in Unity dash serch results. So, if you’ve installed Ubuntu 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal) and hates this amazon results in Dash search, then you should know that it can be easily disabled from System Settings -> Privacy  -> Include On

Does Ubuntu 12.10 is going to have the integration with Amazon?

I refer to shopping suggestions from Amazon will be plonked into desktop search results, shown when users attempt to find stuff on their computers and the local network.

Ubuntu now contains advertisements from Amazon.com.

I've read about how Ubuntu is incorporating Amazon results in Dash searches to make money. I know of lots of websites that simply provide a link that one can click to get to Amazon.com. Then any purchases that get made support the entity from which you linked.

This would be a simple way to support Ubuntu. Anybody know if this Link option is available to support Ubuntu and where I can find it?
