Problems connecting to zentyal 3 Samba PDC from windows 7 / windows xp

http://serverfault.com – I'm new to zentyal, and I wanted to test it. I have an existing network, with a cisco router, no firewall, DHCP on. I've setup up the zentyal 3 server with default settings, made some users etc. I get to the point of joining a domain and when i type the domain : zentyal-domain.lan, i get an error that the domain doesn't exist. Tried to connect to zentyal-domain, which is the computer name, login appears but after a while I get an error that the domain doesn't exist or bad credentials. Can anyone help me with the setup ? Sorry for any mistakes, English is my second language :) Thank you (HowTos)

I want to add the Sub Domain to a working Domain so it becomes test.domain.co.uk. From Cpanel, I have set up the Sub Domain and it created the folder /public_html/test I set up an DNS A record for test.domain.co.uk as well, although I am not sure if this is needed?

I've tried to figure it out for several months, with no success. I have a Windows 2008R2 domain, and one Linux server (first it was Fedora 15, then 16, and now it's Centos 6.2). I am trying to make it member of the domain to the extent possible. Ideally, I would like to login and get authenticated against domain (say, login 'DOMAIN+john').
