Dear Fedora people,
Wish to get some tips on setting up LAMP server on F17. I have been using Fedora 8 as LAMP and Samba servers for years, in fact the box is still running fine after the initial setup it took 5 years ago.

The title pretty much sums it up. I'm running Fedora 18 64-bit with Apache installed through 'httpd'. I have my Apache running just fine but my PHP doesn't seem to work.
i have set up a LAMP on my Fedora 18 using these instructions: http://www.howtoforge.com/installing...fedora-18-lamp

Any suggestions?
I am running a Fedora 14 server with VMware Server 2. When I initially installed VMware Server, everything was working fine.
I am using Fedora 17 and am trying to access a remote machine (running Fedora 15) using its hostname which isn't working. The machine is right next to me on the same switch as my machine (so they are both on the same network with the same subnet and everything).
