http://www.ubuntux.org – I have installed ubuntu 9.10 into my laptop 2 days ago while installing adobe-flashplugin(using sudo apt-get install) it got struck up then i stopped the terminal( using ctrl+z). later i downloaded adobe flashplugin from adobe website. while installing it again got struck in the process. I then deleted the plugin from my laptop completely. From an error report was being displayed on the panel as follows "An error occurred ,please the package manager from right click menu or apt-get in the terminal in the terminal to find out what is wrong.The error message was'Unknown error:'(E:The package adobe-flash plugin needs to be reinstalled,but I can't find it.)'This usually means that your installed packages have unmet dependencies." later i tried to install vlc from the terminal .it is giving that" E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable) read more (Distributions)

at the top of the screen there is a red circle with a white line in it and it says "An error occurred, Please run Package Manager from the right-click menu or apt-get in a terminal to see what is wrong. The error message was: 'Error: BrokenCount>0'. This usually means that your installed packages have unmet dependencies." So how do I fix this? And also, Software center won't open.

Every time I am try to install Adobe Flash plug-in via Ubuntu Software center, I get the error message:

Package dependencies cannot be resolved

I tried various commands in the terminal but I couldn't fix the problem.

I am using firefox 11.0 in ubuntu 12.04 64 bit OS and trying to play youtube video and it ask to install adobe flash player but when I try to install through the ubuntu software centre but I cannot find in the list by typing flash or adobe.

I need to install flashplugin in all the ubuntu systems. So i have downloaded the flashplugin via wget wget http://archive.canonical.com/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin/adobe-flas.... The file got downloaded and i have moved the file to /var/www/ using wget i have downloaded this file on all the client systems. On executing i am getting the below error..

I got an error icon above my menu bar. I click on it, now I got three options with some details. It says

debian 7 adobe flash install 2 weeks 4 days ago

I am running debian 7 and iceweasel trying to install adobe flash player. I am pulling my hair out trying to get this to work and I just cant get it. I have tried to install the flashplugin-nonfree through apt-get in the terminal, but it cant find it (it says that flashplugin-nonfree has no installation candidate).
