Problem with location on HTC one VX

http://forums.androidcentral.com – I've had this phone since late December, and ever since I got it, it has never been able to find my location with any program, not even google maps. It doesn't find it even when there is WiFi, the GPS is on, and with the mobile network on. Also, whenever I am chatting on Facebook or I'm on a site that detects location, it shows me at where I got my phone, which is across the country. Would anyone be able to tell me how this could be fixed? Because I'd really like to be able to look up directions from wherever I am. Thanks. (HowTos)

I am making simple application which based on phone's location. I am using this code for GPS location. In the main() function I am requesting the GPS location and then I am working with it. (I am calculating the sunrise and sunset)

I can get the location, but when I start the application I get the LastKnown location.

I can not get Google+ to use the GPS at all for checking-in or adding location to photos uploaded to Google+. Each time I try, I get a message asking me if I want to turn on location services. All 3 are on! I don't experience this issue using other apps such as Facebook or Twitter or FourSquare. Any ideas? Tired of having to use the mobile site. Thanks

Hey I like to turn Google location services off to conserve battery but this shouldn't affect the ability to use Google maps shouldn't it? With it unchecked, it won't find my location! Pictures attached. This happens on all jb roms I've tried

I have litle problem with my app. I get location from GPS or Network and everything works but...

if I get location from GPS and I turn off GPS from phone when I do not get location from Network so..
