I have an image view on which I apply a rotate animation. The animation works fine. On touch down, I attempt to stop the rotate animation using cancel(), resetting the animation using reset() and clearing the animation on the view using clearAnimation(). But the animation comes back to the original position.
I am learning android development and trying to make a simple app. Currently it has just one pic of cat and when someone click on that cat, the picture of cat will animate with frame animation. I managed to do animation for single time but when I again click on that picture it doesn't animate. I tried on emulator(gingerbread) and on real device with jellybean.
I want to achieve that an animation is running as infinite mode but when it comes some situation the animation would be disappeared. However, when I use the animation listener,I found it not as smooth as the animation without animation listener and I want to find out why this situation caused.
But due to invariant call to render frame mine animation is not working @ desired speed.
i need to complete animation in 27 seconds...but it takes more time ...don't know y?...please suggest me something...any help will b appreciated
