Hi, a friend dropped a glass of beer on his galaxy i9100. Phone looks dead but when he give it to me i've tried another battery and the phone turns on with apparently no problem. So he bought another new original battery, put on and charge the phone. But, temperatures reach critical level and the phone stopped the charge. The temperature raise even without charge with battery in and phone on.
my phone won't charge i bought a new battery and it still doesn't charge. i have tried different charges and still doesnt charge. so i stripe the wires on the usb and stuck the positive and negative to wire to my phone. thatshow it works but i cant take it out of my room because if i unpluge it it turns off. its not the battery or the charger. what can the problem be?
Hi, I have a htc Wildfire S mobile running 2.3.5 and it's non rooted.
Yeah so like the topic says which is better for maintaining the battery and having a longer battery life?
Also when charging should you do it when the phone is booted up or once it is dead and then you put the charger in so the phone charges on that black screen where all that appears is the battery cell?
Thanks

Howdy gang-
New Nexus owner here. I purchased the vzw "spare battery charging kit" with the phone. So far, thru about a half a dozen charges I have only gotten one battery to charge to a green light. Most of the time, they charge for an hour or two, then give me a blinking orange light. When I put the battery in the phone, it only shows about half charge or so.
hye everyone.. i have a problem with charging.. before this i've been using a china made charger but its work fine.. then i try to use the original se charger and its ok too.. but after several days,my phone sometimes can charge and sometimes not.. to ensure it charge i had to reboot it.. what more my phone always saying "charging xx%" everytime..
I am looking for help with my partners SE Xperia X10 smartphone which appears to have developed an issue with what I originally thought was the battery in the phone, as it can be on charge all evening and dis-charge within a day, despite me disabling the wi-fi functions etc. I purchased a new battery for the phone and went about swapping them over.
Hey all,
I recently flashed CM 10, the stable version, and am loving it so far. The only issue is an odd one. When I turn my phone off and charge it, it will only charge 20%, not a % more. It could be at 40, and when I wake up and turn it on, it's at 60. The battery icon while the phone is off shows that it's fully charged, but it's not.
