For the amount of time you phone has been discharged, the pressure sensor has been on and active 99 - 100% of the time. Now, I've tried to find ways to doable this useless pressure sensor (also know as barometer), but to no hope. I wonder if we can work out how to disable this useless sensor.. Hello there,

i am now currently using InsertCoin One X 9.7.0 and the stock kernel. My Hboot version is 1.12. But my g-sensor doesn't work properly. Sometimes the g-sensor works after I flashed another kernel or simply rebooting the device. I have searched on the internet about this problem but there are no solutions for that.

I have attached the log for the sensor.

Hey,

I am trying to get the proximity sensor working for CM9 as pressing a button after each call can be really annoying.

After doing some looking around I have found that the sensor is fully working on this ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1854682

This is based on android 4.0.4, same as CM9...before I try, does anyone think its possible to port the driver from this ROM

How a proximity sensor works:

Basically there is a modulated infrared emitter and a correspondent IR receiver. When the modulated light is reaching the receiver, the sensor will become active. In the mobile phones, the structure is built like in the below drawing.

I have seen this app, but how can I test the driver of the pressure sensor on Android ?

Hello, First sorry for my bad english :) I just update my phone to official jelly bean firmware. Now i see proximity sensor don't turn off. Its allways on and when its darknes i see little red light. When its locked, when its unlocked. Allways is on. Any other with that problem and how to remove then. I think that drain my battery.

I have just installed NOS M7 beta rom to my butterfly. I have a few issues but couldn't write it to its thread because of it is closed.

When i open andro sensor apk, it only shows sound sensor. it seems no sensor of sense 5 for my device. So i can't use my device on landscape mode. How can i fix this? Please help me as soon as possible...

Hi guys. I have a question. Every time i am using web browser in my bed without any light on just my phone is on the eye sensor seems to not recognize my eyes open and shuting down the screen. Anybody with the same issue?

Hi people, this is my 1st thread here.

I was reading some threads and people was talking about P3110 doesn´t has a magnetic sensor. I running the Sensor List and it shows the Yamaha MS-E3 YAS530 Magnetic Sensor. So, I played with a earphone magnet and saw the values changing, of course.

I hope this is okay to post here...

I was considering trying to put my HTC Sensation 4G up FS/FT in the Market but its got a busted proximity sensor and light sensor. Not sure when/how it happened. Other than that the phone is in excellent condition with an Anker battery and TPU case.
