Powerful Video Editor Lightworks Released as Open Source

This is another video editor for linux, Kdenlive is an advanced/Stable and free open-source video editor for GNU/Linux and FreeBSD, which supports DV, AVCHD and HDV editing.

The hosts of the The Linux Action Show, a popular podcast about free software and Linux have previewed Lightworks running on Ubuntu. Lightworks is award winning and professional grade video editor.
