http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hi All, I thought it would be a great idea if there was a thread dedicated in finding a great pouch for those of us, who have [or have plans to] bought a case for their phone. [ Have ordered a bumper + 3 cases, so far ] :) There are a lot of pouches available for Nexus 4, but very little information available about which pouches will fit a nexus 4 with a bumper or case. Off the lot, the Nexus 4 with the bumper seems to be having the largest dimension. Hence, as of now, any pouch which fits it should fit Nexus 4 with a case as well. Here are the approximate dimensions of the Nexus 4 with a b (HowTos)

I would simply go by the dimensions, but both the Google and Poetic bumper don't give dimensions.

This question is towards members who ha e a nexus 4, but also more specifically the nexus 4 with the official bumper case.

I've noticed recently my phone seems to have a slightly bigger curve dip towards the end of the bezel on the left side compared to the right end of the bezel.

Alright my GNex just cracked today and so tomorrow I will be ordering an N4. What case, bumper, or sleeve should I get? I have a screen protector already. Somewhere... Anyways if it is a case I want it to be compatible with wireless chargers, but I do like the look of the back. So yeah... Thank you everyone in advance.

Looking for a bumper case 38 weeks 1 day ago

As the title says, I'm looking for a bumper case, somewhat like the cases for the nobi tablet. Any other kid proof case would do, as the tablet is dedicated to my children and I'd prefer something that will keep them from ruining it.

I tried some cases but at the end of the day opted for an official Bumper from Google which is pretty nice:

The only major issue i have is the fact that the Nexus 4 is a very wide device anyway and with the Bumper the width is even bigger. Makes it feel very large in your hand...

Finally, I get the Nexus 4 all the way in Kenya! Well, not yet, it's coming in on 1st April. Reading the threads it seems that its super fragile, so I want to rubber up (excuse the pun :D). I got the poetic bumper case and the official play bumper case. So wanted to know what cases you are using guys. Please provide a link if you can

I have been meaning to buy the original bumper case for some time now and been checking on Play store UK, saying temporarily unavailable. Today, i went on the Play store and the original bumper case is no longer to be seen from Nexus 4 page :S There is no accessories tab/link where Nexus 4 title and the rest of the Features and Tech Specs are listed.

I really, really, really, want an official bumper. I check the google play store every day, several times per day, just in the off chance that bumpers will be available. In an effort to avoid smashing my Nexus 4 into millions of shards of glass, I purchased one of those S-cases floating around on ebay. I have to say this case is one of the most hideous things i've ever seen.

Design

This bumper gives you a slim minimalistic look. On the edge of the bumper you see a somewhat partly glossy finish and matte grey edges. All ports are easily accessible and the buttons are easy to push in. The bumper goes just over the back of the Nexus 4, but leaves most of the back exposed.
