RuneSoft, a company that specializes in porting games to Linux platform, has released Cultures: Northland real time strategy game on Desura.
This is the third title they have made available for digital download. Previously, they have released 'Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood' and 'Airline Tycoon Deluxe' on both Desura and Ubuntu Software Center.

Indie real time strategy and shooter game McDROID has been released for Linux.
In the game, you control the McDROID, a farming/combat modular robot and defend your shuttle against mutants while farming strawberries at the same time.
McDROID is based on Unity game engine and it supports 4 player co-op.
Game Dev Tycoon, a unique game that allows players to control a gaming studio, has been released for Linux.The developers from Greenheart Games have released the game on multiple platforms, and that includes Linux.Their game made quite a splash after one of the developers has released a slightly modified version of their game, on a well-known file sharing website.
Cold War, an action adventure game, finally made it to the Desura platform, with the help of Linux Game Publishing.
Cold War was developed initially by Mindware Studios and published by DreamCatcher Games, back on 2005. The Linux version arrived a year later, in 2006.
Linux Game Publishing is now pushing it onto Desura, a digital distribution platform for games.
Loren The Amazon Princess is a new role playing/visual novel hybrid game for Linux. The game has been made using popular Ren'py game engine.
You play as Saren or Elenor to join the Amazon Princess Loren in her journey to find what happened to her mother.
Rotion is a challenging puzzle game where the aim is to clear shapes by getting to the middle and popping them.
The game features a full campaign, splitscreen play and survival mode. Check out the video:

Last week, a friend of mine from Italy (who is an aficionado of indie games) introduced to me Linux Tycoon, a Linux distro building simulator game. And being a fan of Linux myself, Im obviously very interested. Yesterday, I decided to pay $4 to get this game and have spent more than an hour playing it since then.
