http://androidforums.com – Hi I am pannicking a little as my wifes phone may be bricked. i have just got a sim free prada 3 to replace her orange snafrancisco. I flashed using the official ics rom (foolishly i did not check the new phone before hand). on putting the orange sim in, I get no signal, and when i try to select a carrier i get the error your sim will not allow a connection to this network. I phoned orange and they were unable to help. they said i needed to return the phone as faulty. Maybe it is, but i cant help but feel it is most likely software somewhere. i have done a factory reset ad en (General)

I could really do with a few pointers- Especially from people with the same phone version and root method

The version that I received seems to be an unlocked version from Orange, some french provider (I didn't even receive an English manual) . My phone settings were in French but I reset everything and I get the Orange splash screen, and some icons like the web browser is orange, and there are also some pre-installed orange apps...

I have an HTC One X on the Orange network here in the UK.

I sent my phone off for repair due to a bad screen. When it has come back 3 weeks later it seems to have been reloaded with T-Mobile software!

I have been having problems with my One S and my Orange Mobile Internet.

Basically my phone will show that I have full signal with H but when I try and go on the internet the webpage comes back saying that I am not connected. I have rung Orange on numerous occasions everytime that just tell me to reset my internet settings and restart my phone.

Hi Forum! I have a problem with my HOX. It's running IceCold AOKP Jelly Bean. I had charged my phone during the night. Now, i can see the orange LED and not the green. When i boot the System, it says me that i have just 2 % akku. After 30 seconds, the phone crashes. After that, the orange LED is blinking. I have already wiped the Battery stat and flashed the ROM new.

I was trying to modfiy some of the system files, in once case unsucessfull. Now my A90 is bricked i.e struct in the boot up screen.

I tired connecting my bricked phone to adb shell but my desktop is not detecting the phone.

I don't have CWM recovery installed on my phone. It has only Andriod System Recovery <3e. I tried wipe all data & Factory reset, but not help.

I have settled down with my phone, after enjoying jelly bean roms and its Google now I was still missing my uma signal boost from orange on the stock ics firmware...

So I tried neatrom 3.5 and loved it, aroma mods and it just got better!

Then I found a way to get Google now on it too, also my uma signal through WiFi with orange working on the custom Rom!

Now I just need to stop fiddling

I successfully rooted my phone today, but while I was installing a ROM (idk which one), upon deleting the cache and rebooting, my phone went black. My GS3 is hard-bricked. It won't turn on, it won't react to being connected to a cable, it won't do ANYTHING.
