Those of you that own a Nexus 10 will be happy to know that official flip covers are finally available in the Google Play Store. You have your choice of Scarlet or Dark Grey, and they will run you $29.99 plus tax and shipping.
A couple of days ago we mentioned that Dead Trigger would be available on the Google Play store beginning July 2nd. Due to last minute bug fixes, the game was delayed by one day and is now officially available for purchase on the Google Play store for a very, very low price of $0.99.
Since we are now in a holding mode while we await word from Google on how they are going to handle the cancellation of their event on Monday in New York City, what better way to pass the time than with a leaked video of the Nexus 10 tablet. Unfortunately, the time will be short – five seconds to be exact. You may be able to keep looping it if that will help.
Red Wing Ikaro Racing brings brings accelerometer-controlled aerial 3D racing to the Google Play Store. The high speed racing game is optimized for Tegra 2 and 3 devices and sells for $5.99. The 22 tracks, in 5 different surroundings, include both city and canyon landscapes.
Google I/O 2012 was definitely one to remember as all Google I/O events were. Google put together a highlights video showcasing the entire 3 day event, and it’s only 3 minutes and 41 seconds long. Everything is covered like Jelly Bean, the Nexus 7, the Nexus Q, Chrome, Google Glass, and I think there was some skydiving if I remember correctly.
Racing fans should take a look at this video, EA and FireMonkeys Studio have put up a pre-alpha trailer for the upcoming Real racing 3, and the visuals look fantastic.
They haven’t actually announced it for Android yet, but since both Real Racing and Real Racing 2 have made their way to Android, it’s a safe bet that Real Racing 3 will be as well.
To help promote their already sold out Nexus 4, Google shows off Photo Sphere in this short video. Photo Sphere is definitely an intuitive way to take new pictures, if only we can access those pictures anywhere else and not just Google+! Either way, check out the video!
